Winter Trials is a science fiction and fantasy novel. It is the second chapter of the Threads of Fate novel series. The book is written by Michael Head. He is a former military man. He received several injuries while serving in the military and utilized that time to find his great love for books. He took medical-based retirement and then pursued writing as his career. He wrote many novels and got a high appreciation for his novels like Reincarnation and Ocean of Tears.
The audio narration of the book is done by Travis Baldree. This is yet another notable performance by Travis and he surely made many new followers after this audiobook. He was told about saving the world. That was needed to save the lives of billions of people. But, the only thing given by him was a chance. Jim managed to save his entire clan but soon he became a most wanted man in that entire process. His journey going on towards the capital should not stop and it must continue.
He had to warn the king about the expected danger which was threatening his kingdom. Jim there only had the support of his friends. Winter was just playing its part in making them freeze to death. All the forces of the darkness were there on a high alert. The monsters there were hungry and the hunt was very much on.
Now, it was all up to Jim to find some way to survive through the storm. He knew the enemy will be waiting ahead for him to show up, even if his team manage to make it through the storm. Winter Trials is another superb addition to the beautiful Threads of Fate novel series. There are plenty of exciting twists in the book which will make you deeply immerse in the story.
