They Thirst

They Thirst is a science fiction and fantasy novel. The book is written by Robert R. McCammon. He is an American writer and was one of the most significant names in the era of American horror literature of the late 1970s to early 1990s. He has given three bestselling novels so far and has got more than five million copies of his books in print.  You will find The Queen of Bedlam as one of his finest books. An even better experience for the avid fans of the writer could be in his Speaks the Nightbird book.

The audio narration of The Thirst novel is done by Ray Porter. He is an experienced narrator and his performance only adds to the supremacy of this title. It appeared to be just another normal day in LA and then the night started to fall. Centuries-old evil descended in the City of Angels. All this came as a kiss from the horrifying but extremely seductive immortals. The ravenous immortals choked the entire Los Angeles city with immense bloodthirst. It all started quite slowly at first and then it took on the speed.

High above LA, there was a deadly contest that was just about to start. In the putrefying castle, the small chunk of remaining survivors started to prepare themselves to come against the Prince of Evil along with all his satanic stuff.

You will find They Thirst to be a wonderfully entertaining novel. It is a superb vampire story and you will enjoy every bit of it for sure. The performance by Ray Porter made it an even better experience for the followers of this audiobook.
