The wizard however is desperate to get to the ring of Erreth-Akbe and he wants it no matter what happens or how much danger he has to face. After meeting the priestess the young wizard just seems to forget about the ring and he becomes more worried about the fate of the young girl who needs help. A love bond is created between the two which is narrated by Rob Inglis. Fantasies such as The Left Hand of Darkness and The Farthest Shore tend to take the listener to strange lands but this one portrays love along with fantasy. Thus it is a fantasy and romantic tale at the same time which makes it equally interesting for the young and the adult listeners.
