Amanda Ronconi in the capacity of a narrator is known for her limitless energy. She has the potential to get to the depth of the characters and the storyline. This is exactly what Amanda did for The Single Undead Moms Club novel.
Libby is a widow who turned into a vampire. She struggles a lot with all her transition. She discovered that it sucks to be a vampire who is part of the PTA.
She chose to turn into a vampire after she got diagnosed with cancer at a later stage and she was a widow as well. It was not the best of ideas that she had, but there was no other choice as well. She finds it hard to leave her 7 years old son to be brought up by her domineering in-laws. She had post-turning vampire issues as well where she got ignored at multiple PTA meetings. Then comes Wade to the scene and she start to have feelings for him.
The Single Undead Moms Club makes for a frequent re-listen. The author was brilliant at highlighting the problems that a vampire mom could face. She was also perfect with her depiction of relationships, including both friendship and romance between the characters.
