The Contract is quite a beautiful novel written by Stella which the audience also had a few good things to say about. The pairing of Elena Wolfe and Sebastian York as the narrators worked like a charm in this novel. They were both amazing and exactly what this novel required.
I promised to honor, love, and obey my husband, the day I got married. His name was Stefan. I had no idea that how much I would be obeying. I have instructed Stefan about what I need to do and then I act accordingly. There are plenty of questions asked but I always used to submit right at the end. I thought that all this would have hurt me a lot less if I had not fallen for me in the first place. It was all supposed to be pretentious. But, all of the secrets that we both share now are real. They are crumbling every piece of who I thought I was. Things would have been different if Stefan was the man who I assumed he was.
The book has a farfetched storyline. The story still comes to a cliffhanger conclusion. It will be an emotional experience for many. The narrators did well to make things feel real for the audience. The entire trilogy together would be a much better experience.
