The Forgotten Garden Audiobook
After losing everything, it is always difficult to get up again in life. People usually give up on their life at such a stage because they think that they would not be able to stand up again. Some of the lucky ones get a second chance in life through a person. Cassandra lost a lot in an accident that took place many years ago.
After that accident, she wasn’t able to get up again for some time but the company of her grandmother really helped the woman. Now when author Kate Morton opens the real story in the present, the audience is told that Cassandra has lost her grandmother as well. The only thing in the attic which is left for the thirty eight year old Cassandra is a book of fairy tales that an author wrote in the early 20th century.
Cassandra once again thinks that her life is over and then she comes face to face with Nell who tells her something that she is unable to believe. Thus Caroline Lee starts narrating the truth behind that book and the cottage which is linked to Cassandra’s family. The woman does not run away rather she decides to investigate the truth associated with her family.
In doing so, Cassandra finds a ray of hope which could help her to have a better future. The Lake House and The Secret Keeper are also outclassed books because of the mysteries they have in them. The past is brought to light very slowly in these books so we have to be very careful all the time. Patience is needed for the understanding of mysteries as they cannot be understood in haste.
