The Fall of Legend

The Fall of Legend is the first book in the Legend Trilogy. This contemporary romance novel is written by Meghan March. She is the bestselling author in the USA today who has got more than 30 published novels to her name with millions of copies sold. Her romance novels have also been translated into almost a dozen global languages. You will not regret listening to the audio version of her Beneath These Chains novel. If you want to enjoy a trilogy all in one then go with the Dirty Billionaire Trilogy by the author.

Erin Mallon and Joe Arden paired up for the narration of this chapter. The dual POV was the need of this chapter and it worked well. Full marks to both the narrators for putting up a great show together. We both come from two entirely different worlds. I am the one right from the streets while she might have been a resident of an ivory tower perhaps. I used to make both ends meet with my fists and I doubt her capability for throwing a punch even.

Our paths ideally should have never crossed and we both should not have ever met. But, this doesn’t change the facts. If it was up to me then I could sell out my soul just to get the taste of those seductive red lips. I would rather burn in hell just to spend a single night with her.

Scarlett Priest might not be having any idea that there are men like me in this world. But, temptation many times is indeed much stronger than will itself. If this is how things would go down then it will be worth every moment of this fall.

This novel is so addictive and this is something you will attribute to all the books of Meghan March. It comes to a climactic cliffhanger ending and you would love to continue further with the full trilogy.
