She is known for her excellent contemporary romance novels. She gave some superb novels to the audience such as Nice Werewolves Don’t Bite Vampire and How to Date Your Dragon.
The subject novel is the 6th chapter in the Half-Moon Hollow novel series. Amanda Ronconi’s name is enough to ensure that the performance in the novel will be top class. This was exactly the case with this novel. It is superbly narrated by Amanda.
Iris Scanlon, the daytime vamp janitor is fully aware of the undead than she would have actually like. Running all the errands during the day looks at the lesser glamorous life of the vampire. Her rules are quite strict. The relationship with the vamps doesn’t mean friendship but it is a very strict business only. There is nothing else associated with it. But, then comes Cal, her latest client who was poisoned right on the floor of his kitchen. It was only up to Iris to help him.
Cal was devastatingly sexy. He offered Iris good money to help him get a secret hideout at her place. He wanted to determine during that time who wants him to be dead.
The Care and Feeding of Strays make a good train or bus listen. You may also enjoy it over a relaxed weekend at home or perhaps when on a holiday. One thing is guaranteed that this romance novel with a laugh you out loud as well. The author would effortlessly tie the entire cast of the novel together in a very fascinating setting. This is what Harper is known for, through her previous novels.
