Sweet Liar is a very sweet novel written by Laurelin Paige. It is the first chapter of a brand new series that is titled Dirty Sweet Series. The author is a renowned American writer of romance novels. She is privileged to have the majority of her novels going into the bestselling lists of NYT, Wall Street Journal, and USA Today. Man in Charge is a highly recommended romance novel by Laurelin Paige. Man in Love shows some passionate romance story with excellently written and developed characters.
The narration by Carly Robins and Shane East was not able to amplify the type of emotion that was written. It was quite a flat performance, to say the least. They could have also kept it simple for the female narrator to stick with the female part and the male narrator with the male. It was all mixed up and that didn’t help.
Dylan, a British ad executive is not at all looking for love. He isn’t even looking for fate. Audrey Lind was in no way near her mind or thoughts. However, she was quite beautiful, overly romantic, and far too young as well. Exhausting in short is the right word for her. She was young enough to be his daughter who lands over his lap and seeks his expertise. He would be lying if he pretends that he was not at all interested in her. He was so much interested in her innocence, in her body, and her philosophy as well.
Sweet Liar is a very good novel with an immensely engaging story. In audio format, the narration took away a good bit from a well-written story.
