Stone Song

Stone Song is the opening chapter of the Isle of Destiny Series. It is a contemporary romance novel which is written by Tricia O’Maley. She is the bestselling novelist of the Mystic Cove series along with a few other series as well. If you want to try her good novels then start with her White Irish Sage. It promises good entertainment. After that, her White Irish Christmas will also make an excellent listening experience.

Amy Landon did the narration of this book. It was a disappointing performance to the extent that you will start losing interest in any of the characters of this book.

Clare MacBride had her life just the way she wanted to have. She would be done with her geology dissertation within a year, though she is not even any close to discovering an answer to a question that plagues her. Why Clare does feel stone pulse with some definite energy?

A highly mysterious protectors’ faction, many centuries-old curses, and then a mythological god-stone were all nonsense for Clare. All it takes was one rainy evening along with a silver-eyed fae and a gorgeous man promising definite protection to her.

All of her life plans got shattered at her feet when the thin line between fiction and science gets blurred. Clare in this situation is pushed hard to throw out everything that she knows about this world. She must search for the answers deep within her own heart. If she sincerely tries then she will get the answer or what she is looking for.

The storyline is unique with nicely written characters but, the weak performance by Amy Landon ruined this audiobook.
