Secret Star is the third chapter of Crossroads Thrillers. It is a contemporary romance book which is written by Nora Roberts. When it comes to romance then nobody could write it better than her. She has got more than 225 novels to prove that where one of her top-ranked novels is The Liar. It is also her The Next Always novel which created a lot of sensation among her fans who had also the good things to say about this chapter.
Scott Merriman narrated this novel. The narration was quite good and enjoyable. You wouldn’t notice any issue in this performance at all.
He was standing right in front of a dead woman while she was holding a gun in her hands. Lt. Set Buchanan is into his homicide investigation. His heart got thrown right into the turmoil when Grace turned up to be alive and not dead which he assumed earlier. She owned the Stars of Mithra, which are huge diamonds in blue color.
The highly controlled and immensely cool cop never allows any of his feelings to come in between his official responsibilities. Everything that he knows regarding the heiress tells him that she has got some bad news. But, in her presence, Lt. Seth Buchanan finds it tough to remember that there is any mystery that is more critical to solving than that related to Grace herself.
It is a fantastic book from one of the most entertaining series of Nora Roberts. The more you know the characters in here, the more you will adore them. The audio performance made this novel even more exciting.
