Savage Ascension is a science fiction and fantasy novel. It is the opening installment in the Savage Ascension/ Arena Cultivation novel series. The novel is written by Atlas Kane. The author is known for writing quality novels in science fiction and fantasy zone where one of them is The Reincarnated Core Volume 5. Another good chapter from the same series as the first recommended title is The Reincarnated Core Volume 3.
The audio narration of Savage Ascension novel is beautifully done by Christian J. Gilliland and Hazel Cohen. The need was to survive the arena and opt for a Battle Bride. Then it will be all about mastering the long-lost art of cultivation. I was called a savage by them. After that, they threw me right away into their brutal arena. Instead of me bleeding badly by the sand just as they would have wanted, I rather employed all the power of my gifted core to rise once again.
When I came to know that my enemies were having a definite core for spreading infertility then my feelings changed. That was the time I came to know why my gods have sent me to that world.
I am the Dagon Haldorson who is the Heathman and the hunter of the northern shores within Enea. I am also the one who will rise in strength and would eventually win all the hearts of the charming battle brides.
It is true that it is a harem story but don’t expect it to be dominated throughout this story. It is also a book of blood and bone, which the author has crafted with so much creativity. The audio performances by both the narrators have been exceptional as well.
It appears this audiobook is mislabeled, it says this is Savage Ascension book 1, but it is really book 2. When I checked out book 2 it was actually the “Hunter Circles Series”.
