Rescuing Wendy

Rescuing Wendy is a contemporary romance novel. It is the eighthh chapter of the Delta Force Heroes novel series which is written by Susan Stoker. She is supremely talented when it comes to writing some excellent romance novels. Shielding Devyn is proof of her great literary abilities. A similar novel with excellent content is her Finding Lexie.

The narration of this novel is done by Stella Bloom. There is hardly any novel where Stella Bloom is not highly regarded for her performance by the listeners. In this audiobook as well, she was appreciated for her spectacular efforts.

Aspen is the last member of his Delta Force team who was able to find true love. He feels quite bummed about this exciting thing. This is the thing which could well explain that why he was seen most of the time talking to a telemarketer as if they are old friends. Wendy was quite easy to talk with. Things felt quite right when their interaction transformed from occasional calls during the day to regular nightly talking on phone. Aspen was able to convince that sweet and funny woman to meet in real.

The date didn’t go as planned and there were a lot of things happening there with Aspen being part of the Delta Force team. Wendy wanted to keep things within the limit with her first date with Aspen. Limits needed to be there in order to protect both of them from the past from which they have been running for years.

This is yet another great story by Susan Stoker about family and friends. You will find love everywhere while Stella Bloom took it to another level with her magnificent narration.
