Rescuing Mary is a contemporary romance novel. It is the ninth installment in the Delta Force Heroes novel series. The book is written by Susan Stoker. She is the bestselling author in the New York Times and as well as on Wall Street Journal and USA Today. Her first series came in 2014 and there was no looking back for her since then. She loves to write romance and Shielding Sierra is one of her best books. Shielding Ember is an equally good novel from the author.
The narration of Rescuing Mary novel is done by Stella Bloom. It was a 10/10 performance and listeners will thoroughly enjoy it.
Ford and Mary weathered their part of storms over the last two years. It was all about the job of ford and the health of Mary. It was also about his bossiness and her bitchiness. They both were kind of dancing around the extreme attraction that they had. May tried quite hard to push Ford away but he was not ready to give up at all on her or both of them. The moment when she made up her mind to give it a shot, a terrible disaster took place.
Ford always wanted to have Mary in his life and that was a feeling right from the time he saw her. The lady pushed all of his buttons and looked well beyond his tainted exterior. This was something that very few ladies have managed. The plan to take things to the next level for their relationship got stalled when Ford got injured.
In terms of story, this is arguably the best novel by Susan Stoker. The characters were solid too and there were absolutely no complaints about narration.
