Protecting Jessyka is a contemporary romance novel. It is the sixth chapter in the SEAL of Protection novel series. The book is written by Susan Stoker. She debuted in 2014 with her first series and has written some awesome novels such as Finding Lexie. Along with the first recommended book, you will find her Finding Elodie novel to be an extremely entertaining read as well.
The narration of this novel is done by Stella Bloom. She is a highly experienced performer with a good fan base for herself. She gave a spotless performance with everything related to vocal quality in order.
Kason Sawyer (Benny) was the last of the single men in his Navy SEAL team. He was the one who always use to love all of his team just like his own brothers and was quite respectful too. The respect was more for each of their women. They all have been through hell and they all deserve to have a happy time. But, he finds it quite odd to see the men and their women with so much love in between.
Jessyka till one time had a very good life. Her job was a sure-shot escape for her. She was working at a small bar which allow her to meet some wonderful people there.
Benny being a SEAL, Benny thinks that he knows the real meaning of friendship and teamwork. But, Jess will show him that things like trust, love, and sacrifice are all nothing when compared with what she actually brought in his world.
The book has an over possessive alpha male and you will find it a bit over the top. But, the good thing is that this novel is still enjoyable. Do give this book a chance and you will not regret it.
