Protecting Jessyka

Protecting Jessyka is the sixth chapter of the SEAL of Protection novel series. This contemporary romantic suspense book is written by Susan Stoker. She debuted in 2014 and quickly made a good name for herself as an author with novels like Finding Jodelle and The Protector.

The audio narration of Protecting Jessyka is done by Stella Bloom. The narrator did a stunning job not only in bringing the subject novel but the entire series to life.

Kason ‘Benny’ Sawyer was the only single man left in his Navy SEAL team. He loved all of his teammates just like his brothers and highly respected their women. They all had been through hell and they deserved their happiness as well. But then seeing all the love between his friends and their women made it quite tough for him to be the odd man out all the time.

Jessyka was known to have a very good life until it wasn’t the case anymore. She discovered herself in an impossible situation with no definite way out. Her job was an escape. She was working at a small bar and grill, and that put her in contact with some amazing people. Jess figured out that those people wouldn’t ever understand what she was going through.

In the capacity of a SEAL, Benny thought that he knew the meaning of friendship and teamwork. But Jess would show him that all he thought he knew about trust, sacrifice, and love was pale in comparison to what she brought into his world.

The character of Jessyka is so wonderfully created by Susan Stoker. The success of this audio novel is a great team effort for everyone involved.
