Preppy: The Life & Death of Samuel Clearwater, Part 1

Preppy: The Life & Death of Samuel Clearwater is the fifth chapter of King’s (Frazier) novel series. The contemporary romance novel is written by T. M. Frazier. Pawn is one fascinating novel from the author with a superbly intriguing story. You will also witness the passionate writing of T. M. Frazier in the King novel.

The narration of this book is done by Lance Greenfield and Kirsten Leigh. Lance was fine in his way but he might not be the desirable Preppy. The voice was missing that nerdish or wildish touch that Preppy had in the prior books of the series.

Samuel Clearwater, commonly known as Preppy is the one who likes pancakes, bowties, good friends, suspenders, good drugs, and good f**k. He did quite well to make his way out of a disastrous childhood. He is now living a life that he always wanted for himself. When he meets up with a girl, he is completely torn between all of his strong feelings for her. It was also about those crippling worries that she might be someone who would end the life that he loves.

Then it comes to Andrea Capulet who is a tired soul with lots of issues going on.  Soon, she met a man who would go on to change the path of their lives.

The book has some complex characters with multiple layers. The storyline of this book is a highly charged one that comes with a few smoky hot scenes. You will find some good humor, drama, and angst in this one as well. The change of narrators after four chapters was not a good idea at all.
