Penmort Castle is the first chapter of Ghosts and Reincarnation. It is written by Kristen Ashley. She has got more than 75 novels of her in the bestselling lists of USA Today and New York Times. It is quite a significant achievement by the author. On top of this, her bestselling books have been translated into 14 different languages. This doesn’t just stop here as a couple of her novels were also adapted into movies. If we have to name one of the topmost novels from the author, then the automatic choice will be Still Standing. A very close second to this one will be her After the Climb novel.
Abby Craden was quite distracting with the narration. This didn’t help much with the cause of this audiobook.
Cash Fraser is going on with the planning of his revenge. For this purpose, he needs to have an ideal woman. Therefore, he hires Abigail Butler to do the job for him. She already had lost everything in her life and she is also going to lose the home which is her only asset and the one she loves the most.
Cash gets introduced to Abby. She is pretending as an escort. Cash decided to pay her a lot more than she could think about to pretend as his girlfriend. Abby was desperate for money or it is the very last thing that could connect with her dead family. The deal, unfortunately, gets struck, but both Cash and Abby got a lot more than what they asked for.
Penmort Castle is a fascinating novel and you will enjoy the story. The narration was disappointing though.
