Past Tense Audiobook
Many have tried but no one has been able to catch the one who is called Jack Reacher. There was a time when he was working for the government all the time but he left that job long ago. Now he serves just his free will and roams all around the globe in search of peace.
Jack is not the sort of guy who is in search of love and a happy family rather he likes to be free of worries. It does not mean that he is running from anything because it is his enemies who try to run away from him when he decides to come down on them like hell.
Lee Child has kept on adding more to this series and the action has never stopped in any of the episodes. Scott Brick is narrating the twenty third part of the series here and there is still a lot more to come. Reacher had nothing important to do so he decided to pay a visit to the town where his father used to live. When he goes to the town, the people seem quite friendly but the problem is that there is no sign of his father’s old house
No one in the town knows his father and he is told that no one with such a name ever existed in the town. Meanwhile, two Canadians are also forced to stay in the town for a while because of a car issue. Jack once again tries to dig deep and he digs up another grave with monsters in it. Jack has faced monsters in A Wanted Man and No Plan B so he is not going to run away from danger. He has decided to look for the truth about his father and he has all the time in the world to do so.
