Abby Craden has narrated this novel. She is a very skillful narrator and she was able to develop every character quite robustly. She was able to give distinct voices to men, women, and children characters.
Royce Morgan in 1522 along with Beatrice Godwin, his new bride got killed while they were coming to their home in Lacybourne Manor. Once the cruel act was done then a local witch came to their bodies while seeing the tragedy firsthand of the star-crossed lovers. She connected the spirits of both along with hers forever or until the time, the reincarnated souls of both can find the happily ever after. She did that vowing Beatrice and Royce one day would uncross those stars while employing the real magic which was mixed along with murder and true love.
Colin is now living in Lacybourne knowing that he is the reincarnated soul. On one stormy night, Sibyl came to Lacybourne and came in notice of Colin that who is Beatrice’s image. Things get confusing but mostly interesting from here.
