Kingfall Audiobook
It is Kingfall to which the author David Estes takes us this time and it appears to be like the Fatemarked to some extent because of the scenario. As far as the story is concerned, it happens to be a different thing that will occupy your mind for a long while. There is nothing better than this book which is about the rise of strange powers that most people had forgotten.
At the end of the Godswar, there were several monumental happenings including the destruction of the godblades. Almost everyone thought that the weapons were destroyed forever because no sign of them was ever found after the war. Now centuries later, one of the godblades has been found which starts a search for the rest of them as well. [Kingfall Audiobook]
Sampson Gaard happens to be a prince but he thought that he was not of much use to the world because he was blind. However, after getting one of the godblades, the young prince thought that he could finally prove a point to the world. Tim Gerard Reynolds i.e the narrator of Red Rising and Golden Son completes this one in style. [Kingfall Audiobook]
The devilish forces start appearing at the beginning of this series and the one with the godblade has to stop them or they would take over the world very quickly. This is an epic series and will take the listener on a tour which he might never have imagined in his life before. The fight scenes come quite late in the novel but don’t try to skip the story in order to reach those scenes because they will not provide the same flavour if you have not listened to the book in detail.
