Just Over the Mountain

Just Over the Mountain is the penultimate title of the Grace Valley Trilogy. This contemporary romance novel is written by Robyn Carr. As a romance writer, she came into the limelight with her Virgin River novel series which has Virgin River as its main title. The Family Gathering novel will also make a good read which Robyn Carr wrote with lots of heart and passion.

The audio narration of this chapter is done by Therese Plummer. She narrates everything with perfection and Just Over the Mountain is no different.

Folks in the Grace Valley community look for one another just s their own family. Sometimes, it gets a little too well. It was extremely hard in that don to keep secrets. But, Dr. June had kept one for a long time. The many visits from Jim Post, the DEA agent, and her secret lover were as furtive as they were passionate. Somehow, it used to fit well with her busy schedule as she was the only doctor in the town.

But, how is it possible for some secret lover to compete with a heartthrob from her earlier life? The old flame of June had made a return back to the town after twenty years. He was divorced then. June was rattled completely. There was a lot of thinking to do by her and things were not as straightforward as they appear to be.

It was just a matter of time before love will return to Grace Valley.

This book continues right from the point where the first one ended. So, there is an excellent continuation to the story. There is some good fun in the story with some emotions to go with as well.
