Jesse is a contemporary romance novel with comedy and suspense. It is the first book in the Bossy Brothers novel series. The book is written by JA Huss. She has written more than 20 novels in her career and has been a bestseller in New York Times as well. Mr. Perfect: A Mister Standalone is an exciting book by the author and so is Flesh into Fire.
The audio narration of Jesse is done by Ava Erickson and Teddy Hamilton. The narration was good and it remained consistent throughout. Emma was quite pretty and super-rich. So why was she looking to kidnap the billionaire whom she just bought in the bachelor auction? Emma Dumas thirteen years before bought me in a bachelor auction as she wanted to teach me a lesson. She was the one who stole my heart in Key West. I felt really hard for that girl, I made all sorts of promises and only with Emma. I meant all of them.
And then I suddenly disappeared. But it was not my fault. Let us call the reasoning behind it to be ‘Family Business’. I would tell you what that business was. But if I tell you then I have to kill you. Just joking. I couldn’t tell you what my family business was because it was a secret that even I do not know. My only point there was that I do not ghost.
Jesse’s novel started quite well but then it fell flat. The characters are also quite unevenly developed and somehow you will find them disjointed as well. Narration is one thing that you would love about this audiobook.
