In a Badger Way is the second chapter in Honey Badger Chronicles Series. The book is a work of romance and fantasy which is written by Shelly Laurenston. She is the bestselling author on the most prominent platforms in the USA. She did quite well in her Dragon Kin series. Among her best novels, The Mane Squeeze is one of them. Moreover, Beast Behaving Badly is another wonderful novel from her literary archives.
The audio narration of this novel is done by Charlotte Kane. The performance was mostly good except there were a few issues with an accent at times. It is mainly when the character spoke with a Russian accent when it was not needed. Stevie was known to be kind, petite, young, and brilliant. She was never like the common women in whom Shen Li, the bodyguard could be interesting. Even more surprising here was that the youngest of the MacKilligan sisters was highly terrified of the bears. But, she was never scared of Pandas. Rather, she adored them always.
All this means that whether Shen Li wants her or not, she wouldn’t just stop cuddling him ever. He is not some sort of a stuffed huge panda. He is a huge panda-shifter. He deserves to have his personal space and respect. This was something that the little hybrid was ignored entirely. But, on the other side, Stevie also had a specific way of always finding trouble.
This one is a hilarious and extremely entertaining book. Shelly is getting better and better with every novel. She surprises her fans with favorite characters in every new installment and this title was no different in this regard.
