Among her best books, you will find A Promise of Fire as one of them. Moreover, Breath of Fire is also a magnificent novel that Amanda Bouchet has written. The narration of this novel is done by Mia Barron. It was a fantastic performance in continuation to the last two chapters of the series where she was just phenomenal.
The Destiny Catalia Fisa has spent her entire life running has ultimately caught up with her. But, for accepting her fate with all heart and in becoming the Queen of Thalyria, Catalia, and Griffin, her dedicated husband has decided to go to the war. They will be accompanied by Fisa who was severely oppressed. They will also be accompanied by the violent alpha who happens to be the homicidal mother of Catalia.
But when the magic of Cat refuses to work desirably then she had to choose other than to unleash all the powers which she was always scared of. The misuse of the magic landed her in Tartarus. It was a land completely reserved for eternal punishment. Catalia needs to accept herself, along with her past, present, and future.
The character of the heroine could have been much stronger rather than being whiney and weak most of the time. The hero was almost nonexistent in this chapter. The narrator did well in saving this book for sure. This chapter was the most anticipated conclusion to the amazing Kingmaker Chronicles. However, the last chapter was not as good as the first two.
