Elijah Alexander narrated this title in audio. The narrator was excellent and her voice will keep your attention throughout this book. Magic was twisted and the chaos reigned in that climatic ultimate novel in the gripping Crescent City trilogy. New Orleans was believed to be at the edge of war. Harlow was a ghost encapsulated within her own body. She had no power and no control. All she could do was watch just as Ava Mae, her very own sister. She was living a foolish and reckless life. She was slowly and gradually destroying everything that Harlow has worked over the time so hard for.
Augustine on the other end needed to focus a lot on his completely new role in the capacity of the Guardian of New Orleans. It was a challenging role as the tourists started to disappear mysteriously off the streets. But all that he could think about was rescuing Harlow while keeping all of his family safe.
Just as the Coven grew much more powerful, the control of the entire city hung in balance. On the other side, if the witches there prevailed then there will be no chance for fae to survive. The storyline of Garden of Dreams and Desires is very much enjoyable along with its characters as well. Then the superb narration provided listeners with every good reason to invest their time in this title.
