The world was moving on in the normal routine when the catastrophe took place and changed the face of the world forever. Monsters have started walking on the face of the world and the humans are not safe anymore. Everyone seems to be running for his life and the threats keep on getting bigger and bigger. Rockland Barkclay has tough duties to fulfill under the current circumstances. If he fails to protect his people then the face of the world would not be the same anymore.
There is also an Ancestral Guide which the man has and the evidence present in it is far more threatening than the situation which is at hand. The ancient conspiracy which the guide talks about seems to be the summons of the doomsday. Between all of this, there emerges another bigger issue in the form of a god who has long been sleeping. Some say that it is actually because of the evolution that the creature came into being but the bigger problem is to send it back to sleep.
There is no hope for the humans and only Rockland can turn the game if he gets the things in the right position. Earthdom and Equalize: A Post-Apocalyptic LitRPG were garnished by many of such ingredients by Ryan DeBruyn and the author has tried to keep on the good work here quite fabulously.
Luke Daniels is with a heavy voice in narration because the situation of the story is quite critical all the way. The narrator could not give a less serious tone in stories such as this one, in which there is a continuous war between the humans and the monsters that have emerged out of nowhere.
