Will Patton handled the narration of the End of Watch novel. He did well by investing great energy in his performance and bringing all the characters to life in an excellent way.
In Room# 217 of the Traumatic Brain Injury Clinic of the Lakes Region, there was something significant that awakened me. Brady, the perpetrator of the Mercedes Massacre, which killed eight people and injured many has been in that clinic for the last five years. He was in a vegetative state. As per the doctors, anything like a complete recovery looked unlikely. But right behind the stare and drool, Brady was all awake and in the possession of some lethal new supernatural powers. Those were the powers that enabled him to wreak havoc of unimaginable scale where he didn’t even have to leave the room of the hospital.
Bill Hodges, the retired police detective was then running his investigative agency with Holly Gibney, his partner. They both will soon become part of the investigation of yet another dangerous case, which will put their lives at risk.
End of Watch brought the Bill Hodges trilogy to an amazing conclusion. The experience of the listeners will be amazing, where credit apart from the author also goes to the narrator of this book.
