Earth was in really bad shape and the survival of the human race was not possible at all. Among all these issues, rose a hero who wanted to save humanity at all cost. Even when the need aroused, Rocky sacrificed himself for the safety of the earth. It was surely an awesome thing to do because such heroes are hard to find. However after sacrificing himself, Rocky thought that he would be resting in peace till eternity but he was proved wrong.
Instead of resting in peace, he opens his eyes in a place that is worse than hell for him. People present in Grotto are saved by Gaia but she has appointed Golems to keep an eye on the humans and the environment. As the Golems are saving the environment thus the humans are not left with anything to eat. Rocky after opening his eyes to this world with new rules, decides to find his family members thus he starts freeing the humans one by one.
For a long time, the struggle continues but the result is not fruitful for Rocky. Ryan DeBruyn does not stop the struggle of the main character at this point rather he is sent on an epic mission later on. For Rocky, no place is safe anymore but he has to save the world at any cost because this is the only useful thing he has been left within his life.
Narrators like Luke Daniels, surely bring a stronger impact on the story. Daniels narrates at a quick pace but the clarity in sound never disappears. Equalize: A Post-Apocalyptic LitRPG and Excise (A Post-Apocalyptic LitRPG) will just make your day even brighter if listened along with this one.
