Dr. Strange Beard is a contemporary romance novel. It is the fifth chapter in the Winston Brothers novel series. The book is written by Penny Reid. She is a part-time author of romance novels while she spends full time working on her biotech research. As a part-time author, she has done incredibly well to offer the audience novels as strong as Attraction: Bad Boy New Adult Romance novel. Engagement and Espionage is another brilliant chapter by the author that you cannot afford to miss out on.
The narration of this chapter is done by Chris Brinkley and January LaVoy. The narration was superbly done and it was true to the characters. You will find the voices too soothing for the ears. It will be a lovely experience for sure for the audience.
After ten years since the breaking of Simone Payton’s heart, all that Roscoe Winston wanted was to have a doughnut. He also really wanted to forget her completely. But, this is something that will never happen at all. Roscoe Winston is the one who remembers each and everything, which includes every word, every look, and every unreciprocated second. The very last thing that he would require will be one more memory of Simone.
Unfortunately, Simone keeps coming in his mid and everywhere else he happens to be.
Winston dropped out of her life after 10 years. That time, Simone wanted to exploit him. She would also think about a few answers to come from her ex-best friend regarding the reason for ghosting her. It will be entirely fine if she never has all those answers. Simone had let go of her past quite a few years ago. She is for sure not thinking about Roscoe anymore. She is quite happy to come to forget that he even exists.
It is a good book but not as strong as the other chapters in the series. The quality of writing deteriorated as per the standards set by the author herself. Nonetheless, you will still have a good time with this one, especially with such an amazing vocal performance.
