Dr. ER

Dr. ER is the second volume of St. Luke’s Docuseries. It is a contemporary romance novel which is written by Max Monroe. He is the bestselling author in the USA for more than two and a half dozen contemporary romance novels. They are two longtime friends and writing partners, Max and Monroe.  Together they gave excellent titles where one good one is the My Brother’s Billionaire Best Friend. If you like to have a different take of Max Monroe on love then their novel for you is Best Friends Don Kiss.

The narration of this chapter is done by the duo of Nelson Hobbs and Lauren Sweet. They were good but not perfect. It could have been a lot better to stick with the same old female narrator. She set the standards much higher which were not met in this performance.

‘Serious’ is a word which you will not find within the vocabulary of Dr. Shephard. This is at least the case for him when it comes to having relationships. He is the one who has all the drama and the seriousness which he needs to have right on the Emergency Department floor of St. Luke’s Hospital.

But, when he met Harlow Paige, a top-ranked flirt coming into his ER, he might be close to contracting something which he has never experienced before. Scott needs to look out and should know that love is quite contagious

This is a lovely series with a very good story and characters. The narration had some room for improvement. The book, Dr. ER comes with some mature sexual themes so it is only for an adult audience.
