Doc

Doc is a contemporary romance novel. It is the fifth book in the Burnout novel series which is authored by Dahlia West. She is an American author of romance novels mainly. If you can spare some time for more books by the author then Tex will make a very good read. Other than this, you will experience a great time with the audio version of her Preacher novel.

The audio narration of Doc novel is done by Mason Lloyd. You will simply adore this performance and you will find Mason at his usual best. Caleb Barnes was on a mission. He retired from the Army. But he was waging his very own private war then. Although the men of Burnout were all his ex-brothers-in-arms, Caleb still fought that battle all alone. Caleb was tainted right from the moment when he was born. He has been alone always and he will always be alone. The world had no place at all for a man like him.

Isabelle Boucher was on her mission. She doesn’t want to go about it alone. But there was no other choice available even. She wouldn’t give up or give in until she reaches the end of the line.

Caleb was convinced that he was no good choice for anyone, especially not the women. There was nothing that he could offer a woman apart from devastation and pain. But Isabelle on the other side needed help and the refusal would go well against what everything Caleb stands for. Doc is a lovely story of two lonely individuals who finally happen to find true love. The chemistry between both of them was amazing.
