Deception

Deception is the third chapter in Infidelity novel series which is contemporary romance genre. The book is written by Aleatha Romig. She is an extraordinary novelist of romance and multicultural romance novels where she has made a good range of her fans. Dark novel is probably the best literary piece that Aleatha Romig has ever written. If you further explore her literary archives then Dawn would come up as another brilliant novel from the author.

The audiobook is narrated by the duo of Samantha Prescott and Brian Pallino. They came up with multiple POV narrations and it worked for sure. The audience had an enjoyable time with their performances.

Lennox Demetri and Alexandria Collins were quite sure to follow their agreement. However, all these rules are made to be broken one day.

The game for them has changed this time. The sensual and hot encounter of Lennox and Alexandria has become a lot more. It is also something that is threatened by regrets and secrets. Is it their intense sexual chemistry or the love which is forcing them to be together? Is there some puppet master behind the curtain who is controlling the strings of their romance or the love affair going on?  Some shadowy villains were lurking in different cornets. Everyone in the situation is a suspect as the past of Lennox and Alexandria collides with each other.

It is a good book but the story seems to have been stretched a lot unnecessarily. It would have been a great book if it was a trilogy and the story was ending here. The narration by both the performers stands as the highlight of this chapter.
