Maxine Mitchell and Sebastian York narrated this novel in audio. Their performance was outstanding just as expected from listeners with all the great experience they have. They use to hate each other as kids. Macon was very beautiful but Delilah knew that he was the actual devil, despite his name. He dated Samantha silently, who was her evil sister. It was a dream come true when they both broke up with each other. After 10 years, she got a text from her old enemy.

The sister of Delilah stole a very expensive heirloom from Macon. He was then a rising star in Hollywood and he was serious about collecting his due. But there was one problem there. Sam has vanished from the town with no trace at all.

There were still sparks between Delilah and Macon. It was just his heat that felt just like the unwanted attraction. However, Delilah was quite desperate in keeping her weak-hearted mother from learning about the theft of her sister. So, she came forward with a deal: She would pay back the debt by being the personal assistant and chef of Macon. The novel will inspire you with its storyline and some great characters. On top of that, the audio narration made everything sound even more beautiful.
