Creed is a paranormal romance fiction novel authored by Laurann Dohner. It is the 8th book of the VLG series. Laurann is an NYT and USA Today bestseller who loves to give a happy ending to her readers. Check out her bestselling book Fury, the first of the New Species series. Savannah Richards knocked the ball out of the park as the narrator of the series and this audiobook. She tries her best to give unique voices to all the characters. Her portrayal of Creed was also nothing short of outstanding.

Angel was taken away from a life of abuse because a guardian angel flew her in his arms. He gave her to a certain Lycan couple who had to raise and love her as one of their own.

Thus, it wasn’t shocking that she was developing feelings for her ultimate savior, the GarLycan who protected her pack. Even then, she matured and those feelings transformed into something special. After spending time her him, she got rejected and she was heartbroken.

Angel left the pack as she was dejected. She moved away to distance herself from the hurt and pain. Years later, she is called by her mother as the pack guardian is in need.

Creed was emotionally distant and he had to be this way if he wanted to survive. Yet, Angel was his only weakness. Every 30 years, he goes into heat. Angel decides to be there for him. However, they might discover that their night of bliss could hold fatal consequences.

This can be considered one of the best of the series because of Creed and Angel’s journey. Even though it is a light-hearted and fun read, you can’t help but admire the exceptionally-written characters.
