The author has picked a brilliant name for this third part of the series. The word is quite common these days but the author is not talking about ordinary corruption. Here corruption is leading the evildoers to unmatchable power. Jack is stuck in a world where only the powerful can survive and he has been lucky because he has been blessed with superhuman strength. Also, there is another serious issue going on i.e the world is ending and the powers which Jack possesses are evil.
The strength has given him the potential to stand even against the gods in the war. Some of the powers in war want to use Jack as a weapon and he doesn’t want to act as somebody’s pawn in this big game. Valia Online is not easy to destroy and Jack wants to use his powers first so that he can make himself skilled enough to tackle the thing.
Manhart can be the one against whom the powers can be tested then Jack could use his full potential later on. Edward Castle is the sole creator of Challenge and Obliteration too so don’t take this book as a routine thing. The world that this marvelous author designs is always stupendous.
Jeff Hays has done the narration with extreme care and there is a clear hint that the author gave ample time to the book before starting the narration because he knew exactly where to put the pressure on the paddle. At every tough situation, the narrator has used a crunchy voice which only he could have provided. Just wait till the end and you will get surprised.
