Christmas from Hell is a contemporary romance novel. It is the seventh part of A Neighbor from hell novel series which is written by R. L. Mathewson. She is the bestselling author in the USA. Her romance novels are known for her quick wit and superb humor. She has got the potential to write excellent relatable characters. One such book from the author where you will find all of this is Tall, Silent and Lethal. Another similar book for the sake of entertainment but unique with the story is The Game Plan, which the same author writes with a lot of love.
The narration of this novel is done by Fran Jules. It was a below-average performance. The change of narrator was not warranted and the audience really felt dejected and somewhat cheated with this audiobook. You will find it a difficult listen and you will be hardly able to differentiate between the characters as there were no inflections at all.
Duncan Bradford is the one who is known for always putting others first. It also included the extremely annoying and irritating little jinx who use to live in the next-door neighbors. He decided that the time has come to just act more like that of a Bradford which he is and then take anything that he wants to have. All this started to come into his mind when something unexpected happened and he began to that beautiful woman in a completely new light.
The writing of this novel is great and you will love that how the author put a great spin on this one. The worst part of this audiobook is its narration which was bad with a monotonous tone and poor tonal quality.
