Checkmate: This Is Love is the second chapter of Checkmate Duet: Travis & Viola’s novel series. The book is a contemporary romance one which is written by Kennedy Fox. Kennedy Fox is the duo of two romance authors who teamed up under this name. The names of the author are Brooke Cumberland and Lyra Parish. The other notable novel from Kennedy Fox is Checkmate: This Is War. Another one is Winning the Cowboy.
The narration of the chapter is done by Lia Langola. She did a brilliant job in bringing the different characters of this title to life.
Viola is known as the archetype of perfection. She was the one who always despised my one-night stands and use to mock my different habits, which according to her were not classy. She was very beautiful, smart, and too good to be true. The real thing is that I want her.
If she was anyone else then I would have made all of my moves many years ago. However, because she is the little sister of my best friend, she has been off-limits always. Needless to mention that is how much she detested about my very own existence.
It appeared that it was her religion to hate me always. But for me, getting her and making her mine was all that I needed. All of her sexy curves use to make me want her even more. This title brought the duet to a very beautiful ending. The characters are lovely who made this story so strong and enjoyable.
