Legends of Drizzt are pure fun for everyone, each section of the series provides different adventures and the Dark elf faces deadly situations every time. The third book of this series forces Drizzt to come to the battleground once again. For years Drizzt has fought against the enemies but never for once he has fought for personal sake rather he has always tried to help his friends and loved ones. Here he fights for a bigger cause again, instead of any personal gain because a friend needs his help.
It is Dahlia Sin’felle i.e the one who loves Drizzt from the core of her heart who needs desperate help because her enemies are drawing near, the one she fears the most is lord Herzgo. The lord wants Dahlia for himself and perhaps beating her down on the battlefield would provide him some inner satisfaction as well.
Drizzt does not understand all of this and though he likes Dahlia he has never expressed any intense feelings towards her. Still helping the innocent and those who are in need has been the routine of the Dark elf. Charon’s Claw can solve the rising problem and this thing makes Drizzt more worried because he has to work with an enemy during this war.
Homeland and The Crystal Shard are also full of war tactics so every book is an epic struggle of the Dark elf against the enemies. Though Drizzt has accomplished much, still he does not look satisfied at all as he has failed to find a bigger goal in life through which he would be able to prove himself worthy.
