Carry On

Carry On is a teen & young adult paranormal fantasy novel. It is the first instalment in the Simon Snow Trilogy which Rainbow Rowell writes. She is from the USA and is known for writing adult and young adult contemporary novels. Apart from the subject novel, Fangirl is another novel by the author that received critical acclaim. Moreover, Anyway, the Wind Blows is another magnificent book that Rainbow Rowell has written.

Euan Morton does the audio narration of Carry On. The narrator made this book far better with an excellent performance and you will have a good time with it.

The story of Carry On starts with the character of Simon Snow. He was considered the worst ever Chosen One who had ever been chosen. This is what Baz, his roommate had to say about him. Baz himself might be evil, a vamp, and a complete git. But on the other side, he was probably right as well.

More than half the time Simon couldn’t just make his hand work. In the other half, he used to start something on fire. His mentors were avoiding him. His girlfriend also broke up with him. Moreover, there was also a monster-eating monster running all around there, while wearing the face of Simon. Baz would probably be having a field day with all that if he was here. It was their very last year at the prestigious Watford School of Magicks and as well as the infuriating nemesis of Simon didn’t even consider showing up.

Carry On is an intriguing ghost story. It is also a mystery and a love story. There will be quite a bit of kissing and talking as well, just as you would expect from a novel by Rainbow Rowell.
