Stephanie K. Smith presents Tourmaline Larou as a girl who is spending and ideal life. Everything which a person usually desires for in his life is in the hands of Tourmaline and she wishes for nothing more. Her mornings give her a chance to learn more and more and during the night she enjoys it completely. Never for once she thinks of anything which would give her some sort of tension in life.
She was concentrating on poetry when a knock on the door just made her life go upside down. Vignette was present on her door out of nowhere and then Tourmaline was told that she was one of the fae creatures. News came like a shocker but the bigger shock came when the girl was also told that the world in which she was living was under a serious threat.
Soon the human world would come to an end if Tourmaline doesn’t act fast and there are visible chances that her life could perish in the process. Karla Crome narrates the female voices better than the male ones and this makes it easy for the listeners to understand the character of Tourmaline. Novel is with a happy ending which makes it suitable for the kids too but in between, there are tragedies which the audience has to bear.
Make your mind well prepared for everything including magic and magical creatures. Not a nonstop action is present in the tale but there is ample of attractive material for every kind of audience.
