She is the bestselling author of the mentioned series of which Bonds of Justice is a chapter. She has a few other bestselling series and individual novels as well. Archangel’s Sun novel did quite well for Nalini Singh and her fans as well. Quiet in Her Bones is a mystery thriller novel that shows another part of the expertise of the author.
The narration of the book is done by Angela Dawe. She is a perfect choice for such type of books and must keep up with the good work in the remaining series.
Max Shannon is a very capable cop. He was definitely among the best cops in the New York Enforcement. He is someone who is naturally born with a shield that defends him from the mental invasions of Psy. With that potential, he knows he is with very little chance to make any progress with the power structure that is dominated by Psy. He is assigned with a case of a murderer targeting the closest advisors of the Psy Councilor. This was the last case he expected to take. Moreover, the last lady he would expect ever to induce him with the most sensual impressions thrown at him.
You will find a few characters from the prior chapters making an appearance in this novel and it was a very rewarding experience. It enhanced the overall arch of the storyline. This book will engross you in its story automatically and you might not help yourself to stop listening to it.
