Sebastian York is the narrator of this book. His performance can only be deemed as brilliant, as his inflections and voice changes added multiple levels to the experience of the novel. He will keep you engaged from start to finish.

This story revolves around two best friends who agree to get into a fake engagement. They make a deal to remain friends with each other, even after the terms of the deal expire. They don’t want to do anything serious. Spencer is the protagonist of the book, hot as can be, smart to no end, and as rich as they come. He also claims to have a passive package and he isn’t afraid to use it to his advantage. He knows it’s the motion of the ocean along with the package that finalizes the deal.

Then there’s Charlotte, his best friend. His dad needs to close a deal and he has to play the part of a nice committed guy. Thus, they land in this fake engagement ordeal. But how long will it remain fake, and will their friendship survive?

Lauren Blakely fans wouldn’t want to miss out on this one. The story is light, sexy, and steamy. The narration goes very well with her words. She has put considerable thought into the plot of this book. The chemistry of the characters is also on point.
