Yo-Yo is not an ordinary man in society rather he is the winner of several awards all around the globe. The one thing behind his success is his love for culture which he wanted to study since the beginning. The author was born in 1955 and his family was basically Chinese in origin.
When he was born, the family was living in Paris because of his father’s work. In the beginning, the author started learning the cello and his father was also involved in his training. It was a wonderful thing that the author received from his parents because they were teaching him something rhythmic. He developed the skill and also liked the field.
Later he moved to New York and started learning the cello in that part of the world as well. After completely learning this skill, the author started his liberal art education which he received from Harvard. Later it was all success that came to the author and it was not because of the skill which he developed over the years but rather because of the fact that he fully understood the power of his culture.
The author has performed during the inauguration ceremony of several presidents of the United States. The book is autobiographical like We’re Going to Need More Wine but it does not tell us about the falls of the author because he never faced any. The main reason that he never failed was the fact that he held on to his culture very strongly.
