Atlas Shrugged Audiobook
Ayn Rand can look at a certain thing from a different point of view altogether. The author is a master of storytelling and he can change the perception of a listener about a thing within no time. The story begins when we are told that humans fail to judge the utility of an invention and they think that it is a sheer waste of time and money.
The thing does not stop at that point rather it moves on as we are told that the inventor of that new gadget is also punished because the people think that he has invented something terrible. This is just the beginning of the story. Later the author wants to draw a picture in our mind so that we can think that what will become of the world if all the inventors and producers of different gadgets stop working at the same time.
All of us know how to use different devices but we cannot construct or repair any of them. Thus if such a thing happens then we will get thrown into the stone ages once again. Scott Brick narrates the shift of the human race quite correctly so that people can understand what can actually happen.
It is the fight of a single man to show the world the real picture behind the veil. Don’t think that you have understood all the themes of the author by listening to this single novel, The Fountainhead and Anthem are still there for all of the listeners. The story is not only different, but it also provides an option to think in a completely different direction.
