At first, Shadow thought that he would be securing his boss only but later he realizes that the entire United States is at stake.
It is Shadow who can save them both and there is a danger that he might lose his life in the process. The creator of Fortunately, the Milk takes the story to the burning point here before making the conclusion of the story. Shadow is finally given a mission to give the performance of a lifetime and on this occasion, he is not worried about his life.
