The narration of this book is done by Adam Paul. He was perfect with his performance and made the characters sound good and true to their personality.
Donovan Kelly over three years has fought inexorably for women, kids, and justice. He was working along with his brothers and witness the firsthand toll which has taken place mentally, physically, and emotionally on all his near and dear ones. It also included all those innocent souls who became part of the crossfire. One thing that he least expects is to have his upcoming mission right on his home turf. He neither expects that to take any sort of a personal turn at all.
The beautiful Kentucky Lake is the ideal spot or someone looking for a safe harbor. A very gorgeous stranger arrived right there who seems to be breathless and desperate. She was on the run from her past that was quickly closing in on her along with her siblings who she had vowed to protect. For Donovan, every resource of his might be invested if he wants to save that lady and the children along.
You can call this one a good but not a great book. It will be a satisfying read for one time probably on a weekend when you are driving.
