Going according to the plan is a simple thing if fate is on your side. If fate is not on your side then there is nothing you can do about anything. The NHL expansion team was the destination of the main character and he thought that his life would get better after being part of the team but life had other plans for the young man.
When he came to Seattle with his team, he saw a girl coming late at night to the apartment of the team’s captain. She was not his wife rather she was the sister of the captain. The girl was surely appealing as hell but the man decided to focus on sports and this didn’t go well either. He received an injury during the practice match which means that he would not be playing for some time.
It was not a good sign at all but fate did favour him when the hot girl next door who was also the sister of his team’s captain came to help. She wanted to give a favour to this player who was in need of help and he also wanted to return the favour. All he had to do was to keep his emotions in control because he does not want to mess things up.
Helena Hunting is a champion in love stories like Pucked Off, the author has very good taste in the creation of characters. Every story has a new kind of character that is equally appealing. Shacking Up was also a real ride for everyone who wants to get dazed in love. Erin Mallon and Jacob Morgan have produced a lovely chemistry together in narration and the two characters are depicted superbly till the end.
