Declan has several things in mind the first one is to save his life and the second primary motive is to destroy the rule of the queen. Both things are impossible because the queen is stronger than ever. In his mind and dreams, Declan has seen himself dying at the hands of the dark elf several times. He has tried to save himself from fate but there is no way out of the entire thing.
Bryce O’Connor and Luke Chmilenko have changed the course of the story to some extent in this second episode. Declan and his companions succeed to form a truce between them and the elves. The elves have always loved war and they think that war is the ultimate solution to everything.
On this point in time, the elves to think that a truce is the best option for them because neither of them can face the army of the queen single handed. Ysenden is the place that they want to reach and on the way, there come some new troubles that Declan was not ready for. The Warring Son and Iron Prince have different concepts and the only thing which is common in these books is the intensity of action that surpasses everything else.
Nick Podehl is an expert in narrating fantasy and fiction stories. The narrator has done a splendid performance over the past decades that’s why he was selected for this book. Nick does not try to excite the audience a lot because the basic stress of the narrator is always on the clarity of voice that serves as a strong tool.
