Ghost of the Shadowfort is a science fiction and fantasy novel. It is the second book in The Bladeborn Saga which is authored by T. C. Edge. He is a British writer of fiction, fantasy, and mystery novels. One of his most prominent novels that you will surely enjoy is An Echo of Titans. A similar kind of literary experience is expected from his Ghost of the Shadowfort novel.
The audio narration of the subject novel is done by Steven Brand. It was a poor performance with a rigid accent and no expression invoice.
War was raging in the northern region. The Varin Knights marched on for joining Tukor. This was done within their conflict which was against the Rasalan. In that scenario Elyon Daecar discovered himself enmeshed in a diverse world of lies, deceits, and secrets.
As far as Saska was concerned, she only had one goal in her mind. It was to kill Lord Kastor. She posed herself as a servant girl in captivity and through that, she infiltrated the war camp of Kastor so that she could face her demons. But before long, she found herself in a hopeless state and well out of her depth. Enemies started to come much closer and as you know that history does have a habit to repeat itself. You will find the stakes to be much higher than ever before. This is a book that wouldn’t let you go until you finish it.
It is a stunning story and you couldn’t wait for the third installment in the series. The narration was not up to the mark but still, the content of the book is too strong to be ignored.
