Riluo City is the first chapter in the Blue Phoenix novel series. It is a science fiction and fantasy book which is authored by Tinalynge. The author is an aspiring prospect with literary pieces mostly focused on eastern fantasy. Bridge of Dreams is a very good novel by the author. You can find a good collection of his novels in Condemning the Heavens: Publisher’s Pack 5.

The audio narration of Riluo City is done by Scott Merriman. The narration was good but not perfect. The quality of voice given to the main character could have been better.

Hui Yue didn’t regret his decision about sacrificing his life to protect his best friend.

Who could have ever known that death by no means was the final destination? But, it was the start of another new adventure in a world that is dominated by demonic beasts and as well as martial arts cultivation. Hui Yue in quick time discovered that strength within that world would determine all of your accomplishments in the future. Moreover, he also figured out that the world had absolutely no space there for the weak.

Hui Yue embarked on his new life where he not only met friends but he also experienced betrayal. He took on his journey of cultivation for the sake of overcoming his limits and at the same time, enhancing his strength.

The story is weak and on top of that, there were also instances where children were exposed to sex. There were some other great ideas shared as well but the execution was unpolished. The narration was not spot on and it had definite room for improvement.
